⦁ MCT Oil – 1 Tbsp or 14g
⦁ Ghee – 1/2 Tbsp
⦁ Cacao powder – 1 Tbsp
⦁ Himalayan Salt – 1/8 Tsp
⦁ Your choice of sweetener
