Keto Fried Chicken Recipe

This low-carb, keto fried chicken recipe is both easy to make and absolutely delicious. You’ll get fried chicken that is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and keto-friendly so you can stay on track with your weight loss goals.

Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Oil for frying

Egg Wash

2 Large Eggs
2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream

“Breading”

2/3 Cup Blanched Almond Flour
2/3 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

Directions

1. Add oil to a pan and heat oil to 350 °F .
2. In a bowl, combine eggs and heavy whipping cream. Beat well and mix thoroughly.
3. In another bowl, mix all of the breading ingredients.
4. Cut chicken into 4 or 5 relatively even-sized pieces.
5. Coat each piece of chicken with the breading, then the egg wash, then the breading again.
6. Carefully place the coated chicken piece into the oil. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
7. When they’re done, take them out and allow them to cool on some paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
